The Subcommittee on Railroads, Pipelines, and Hazardous Materials met in July, 2010, to receive testimony on pipeline safety public awareness and education programs. The hearing is the fourth in a series of hearings that the Subcommittee will conduct on pipeline safety. CGA President, Bob Kipp, provided testimony.
